Made a trip down to Orchard yesterday evening because I really really want to get 鬼怒穿！Been saying this for months already.. The reason why I haven't got it earlier was because I haven't saved enough money and I was too lazy to travel down to town. Why it have to be town because I want to get the book from some 'branded' bookstore instead of popular. Stupid, but I like lei ley leh.



So I went down to Borders first (& I almost lost my way) and was pretty tempted to pick up twilight to read.

There was a lot of stock around and some other title by her was also placed almost everywhere in the bookstore. I'm going to borrow it from someone else~ But the thing was that I found that Borders doesn't sell chinese books ! :(
So I went down to Kinokuniya next and was stopped by someone to get some survey done. I've never been in Kinokuniya before actually and was surprise by the size of it because from the outside it looked alot smaller. Again, Stefenie's book was lying all over the place & when I was about to stop searching for the chinese books, I saw the corner ~ :D BUTBUTBUT I don't see any 鬼怒穿. While searching, though, I saw this book which I was very tempted to get !


Koizora, as known as Sky Of Love. In case you have not watch it before, I think you better find the movie and watch it soooooooooon because it's good ! Wait, it's not this that excites me but the book standing beside it. Something like Koizora, but was from the guy's point of view. I read a couple of pages but just couldn't stop and sit somewhere to read because I wanted to find 鬼怒穿 so desperately. Spent two hours searching for it, only to end up asking the counter for it. & they say the book had already sold out ! WAHLAO.

So I went down to Plaza Singapura, hoping there would be a bookstore there. I mean, there bound to be a bookstore in a mall right. I placed my last hope on Times but they don't sell chinese books too.



So I very sian, and hungry, and left for home. Though it feels alot like a wasted trip, it makes me want to get down to bookstore again and hit the books. Any takers ?
