Went to Seocho Saturday
Flea Market located at Sadang Station. I read online that the market
sells only secondhand items but it did not mention they are old people's
secondhand items. -_- Fake branded bags and tees, the old people's
favorite huge visor and long sleeve clothes for mountain climbing and
stuff. haha Left within a hour to go to Yeouido for the fireworks
festival.
I was there really early, again, but it was
already crowded with people. Mostly couples, families and friends,
respectively. I am not a fan of fireworks because it all feel like the same to me but yeah.. It is a good time to people watch. Along the way to the park there were a lot of streetside
food, fried chicken and floor mat for sale.
Took a long walk around Han River and watched all the people eating fried chicken :( After coming to Korea I have a frequent crave for fried chicken ha
Finally after 3 or 4 hours the fireworks started! However I was not seated at an ideal position as there were street lights and trees blocking my way. :( There were also supposed to be music playing around with the bursting fireworks but I was too far to hear it.
I hate firework shots but yeah here's a rough idea for you
It was really cold then! I could not stand the weather so I left after the 2nd or 3rd set of fireworks. By then a lot other people are also leaving already haha Went down to Hyehwa again in hope to catch Acoustic Bus but there weren't there! :( Later at night I saw them posting pictures of them at Han River. Damn!

I was not convinced that I went to Apgujeong the other time so I went there again. Still, I ended up at the same place! Yes the street were lovely but it was so short and.. boring. Nothing much to be honest. Or maybe I had yet to reach where the beauty is. Kept walking around in hope to find something but nope. Gave up on the street and went towards Insadong which was a lot better! The place was more crowded and there were most stuff to look at.
I almost fainted though, I think. haha Suddenly I was walking sideways and I think I black out for that split second. That is when I felt like I REALLY needed food but everything is in Korean D: I stepped into the only restaurant with pictures but the waitress told me ala carte was not available D: Settled for Kraze Burger in the end. Had always wanted to try it ever since they opened an outlet in Singapore
Huge burger! I was so hungry but the burgers could get a little expensive so I ordered some common ones. I even ate that slice of tomato because I have not been eating fruits or vegetable often these days. It is still yucky.
When I was done with the burger I ordered a plate of fries. HAHAHAH Yes hungry!!! Fuck budget.
I probably looked like a monster then since I ate two portion of food on my own while the others shared (and not finishing them). Ate so well~ Oh and their drinks are refillable ^^ I did not know and I did not ask but kind of saw people asking for a second round of drinks. Later the waitress came and fill up my cup for me how nice!
After that I went to take a walk under the bridge at Dongdaemun. I wanted to catch the free concert for Gangnam but I was too lazy to find it. Missed a free chance to see Yunho!
Walked half of the route because I was too tired to complete it. Done 5km!! Interestingly, there are some attractions along the way. Like the one above it was a area where people propose I think? haha There were also a carriage and heart shaped seats.

Had lunch with room mates at a restaurant nearby the hostel. There were like 2 Koreans, 1 Taiwanese and me and each of us have a language we could not understand so we had to translate everything we say haha
One of the Korean were really nice! I told her the contact lens I bought from Apgujeong seemed to be defected because it hurt my eyes when I wear it and she say she would go back to the shop with me so she can help me explain to the staff! We didn't go though. I was too lazy to travel ha But still, she walked me to the subway when I was leaving for the airport. Really nice though we met only 3 days ago and talked so little :`)

Upon arriving at the airport I asked the tourist information counter about the bus to the hostel. She looked annoyed! Such a bad first impression of the island..
The hostel is really pretty! It is call Rainbow at Jeju and it is just newly opened so the owner is actually selling the beds at a really cheap price. Initially I was afraid that I would get bad quality due to the price but I am so satisfied! ^^ There is also breakfast every morning!
